Warranty
Please note that we are unable to offer a repair, replacement, or refund for items you have owned for longer than 90 days.
Items which are damaged or because of normal wear and tear, or by accident or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
If you have owned the items for less than 90 days and consider the item faulty which you believe has resulted from a manufacturer's fault, then please contact us by email at info@jewellery4elegance.co.uk in the first instance and we will investigate the matter for you. If we believe there may be a manufacturers fault which has rendered your piece of jewellery faulty, then we will let you know where to send the item. Any items simply sent to us without following this procedure will not be accepted as faulty and you will be liable for any cost of postage to send the item back to you.
