Whilst it is always lovely to have very expensive items of jewellery, a collection of quality fashion jewellery to complement your outfits, from casual wear to work attire or cocktail dresses, is a must!   Elegance can be affordable! 

We have chosen a selection of jewellery which we believe is unique in design, versatile and timeless.  The jewellery is made with quality materials, harmless to your skin, and manufactured to ensure the pieces are durable and long lasting.  The pieces will have also undergone quality checks and tests to ensure high standards are maintained.

ORDERING AND DELIVERY

What packaging is included?

Each item of Jewellery is sent in its own smart gift box.  A draw string pouch is also included as an alternative way of storage.

What if I change my mind after I receive the item?

Please see our returns policy.  You generally have 14 days from receipt to return the item for a refund or exchange.  We do operate an extended period for exchange for Xmas so you will be able to return your item in early January, but it must be received by us no later than 16th January 2025.  The same conditions of exchange as set out in our returns policy still apply and you will need to initially contact us at info@jewellery4elegance.co.uk.

Why do you include the weight of each item in the descriptions?

A few of our earrings are slightly heavier at 50 grams each earring and, although this may not be an issue for you, you may prefer a lighter weight.

Can I return earrings?

A number of stores will not accept earrings as a return item.  Earrings whether purchased from us individually or as part as a jewellery set will have a hygiene seal tag in place.  This hygiene seal reassures clients that each pair of earrings arrives brand new and unworn.  As long as the hygiene seal tag has not been tampered with and is left in place then you will be able to return their earrings or the jewellery set including the earrings for a refund.   

Important: Jewellery sets which include earrings are only sold as a set and if the hygiene seal tag has been tampered or removed from the earrings then you will not be able to seek a refund for the whole or part of the jewellery set.

Where are you based, and do you ship to outside the UK?

We are located in London.  At this time, we only deliver to the United Kingdom.

What do I do if my goods haven’t arrived?

When you placed your order, you should have received an email confirmation of your order.  You will then receive a dispatched email.  If your goods have not arrived within 3 to 5 days of the dispatch email, then please email us at info@jewellery4elegance.co.uk.

What should I do if I have problems placing my order?

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once you have placed an order, we are unable to cancel or amend the contents or delivery address.

Do your products include any Nickel or Lead?

No.  All our products are Nickel and Lead free.

How should I store and look after the jewellery?

Store in a dry place and avoid exposure to water and perfume.   When cleaning, use a soft cloth to wipe the jewellery.

How durable are your products?

Great care is taken in every step of the manufacturing process, from the design phase to the final polishing. Manufacturing techniques used seek to ensure that our jewellery is durable and long-lasting.  You will see that most of the jewellery items are gold or silver plated which makes the items particularly durable.

It is important that you read these Website Terms of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) carefully before ordering any products from our Website (“Product(s)”) and ensure that you understand them.

Shipping Policy & Information

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the UK. Any shipments outside of the UK are not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 3-5 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Not available at this time.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Shipping charges will be displayed.

  • Orders of £79 and over qualify for free standard shipping.

5. Packaging

All items are packaged in a standard gift box and accompanied with an additional travel pouch.

6. Items received damaged or Defective Items 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@jewellery4elegance.com if the item is received damaged or is defective so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  You must however let us know within 4 days of your items/package being delivered to you.

Returns Policy

RETURNS FOR A REFUND

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Important:  For defective or damaged products please see our policy for RETURNS / EXCHANGE FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS below.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (that is new and resealable condition), unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.   You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase including your original order number.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees. We are not responsible for lost packages, you must consult any lost packages with your shipping carrier.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Worn or Damaged items - Any jewellery that has been clearly worn or has suffered damage, whatever that may be whilst in your possession. All used items will be rejected. Any scratches or signs of use will void your return. Any cleaned merchandise is void of returns.

We will not take responsibility for any alterations made by third parties.

If your request for a return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Once we have accepted your request for a return you will have 14 days to return the products.

Please ship your box in appropriate packaging, pre-insured and tracked.  You are responsible for ensuring the products are returned to us at the correct address.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

You have 4 days from the date your product is delivered to report a product that was received defective.  To do so please email us at info@jewellery4elegance.com.

Worn or Damaged items:  Any jewellery that has been clearly worn or has suffered damage, whatever that may be whilst in your possession will be rejected. Any scratches or signs of use will also void your return. Any cleaned merchandise is void of returns.

We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Once we have emailed you with instructions you will have 14 days to return the products.

Please ship your jewellery product in appropriate packaging, pre-insured and tracked.

You will need to indicate whether you would like a replacement with the same item.  If the item is available in stock we will exchange this for you otherwise you will be refunded together with any delivery costs as specified below.

You may be required to drop your package at the local Postal office.

Return delivery costs:

Please send confirmation of the delivery cost.  The maximum refund for return costs we will refund is £6.00 for individual items or £10.00 for jewellery sets. 

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method together with your shipping costs within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

      Warranty

      Please note that we are unable to offer a repair, replacement, or refund for items you have owned for longer than 3 months.

      Items which are damaged or because of normal wear and tear, or by accident or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

      If you have owned the items for less than 3 months and consider the item faulty which you believe has resulted from a manufacturer's fault, then please contact us by email at info@jewellery4elegance.com in the first instance and we will investigate the matter for you.  If we believe there may be a manufacturers fault which has rendered your piece of jewellery faulty, then we will let you know where to send the item.  Any items simply sent to us without following this procedure will not be accepted as faulty and you will be liable for any cost of postage to send the item back to you.
